Since you can’t come to us, we’re bringing the consultation to you through scheduled FaceTime calls and Zoom meetings. All consultations are at no charge. If you’re looking for a bridal gown that you don't have to order, you’re in luck! Our consultations will be for the purpose of helping guide you through your options, showing you available inventory, and relaying a lot of helpful information like we do normally in store!

On our appointment form, you can let us know more information about your special day and
your perfect dress! This will give your stylist an idea of your vision, budget, size etc.

HAVE YOUR VIDEO CONSULTATION
This is the exciting part and where the fun begins! You and your stylist will meet on a video call to
talk about gown styles and start to narrow down your perfect gowns.

PICK UP YOUR GOWNS
You will receive up to 5 bridal gowns that you hand-picked during your virtual appointment with
your stylist. You are then able to come and pick them up curbside at the location of your appointment.

A security deposit of $200/dress (up to 5 dresses) will be charged to your credit card. The card number will be held securely on file while the dresses are out of store.

If a dress is purchased, the entire deposit amount will be applied towards the purchase. If a second round of dresses are requested, the initial set must be received back before the new set is sent/picked up and the deposit will be held until both sets are returned.

If no dress is selected for purchase, all deposits will be refunded except for a $150 non-refundable at home try on fee.

Time frame: You’ll have 2 days from the time you receive the dresses to drop them back off.

Your box will include all of the materials needed for try-on!
*Fine print: Curbside pickup & drop off available during normal weekday store business hours only. If dresses are damaged, fees will apply. A late fee of $20/day per dress will be assessed if dresses are not returned within the allotted time frame. All dresses returned will be treated with disinfectant and steamed at a temperature high enough to kill bacteria.

TIME TO TRY ON
Once your dresses have been picked up, we will schedule a 2nd virtual appointment with you and your stylist so she will be there with you through every step of trying on. She will discuss each gown with you and answer any questions you have about structure, style and alterations and guide you to "THE ONE"!

Congratulations you found the dress of your dreams, now it's time to celebrate! Each dress came in it's own bridal bag, so you will keep this breathable non-see through bag for your new gown. We'll set up a drop-off time for the remaining gowns.
